Class Descriptions

Following is an overview of the many styles of yoga we offer to suit your goals and aspirations.

90 Hot – Bikram Series – This is a classic beginners series of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises. Classes are in a heated room of 95-105 degrees with higher humidity. It is great for everyone & excellent for those rehabilitating from injuries. Classes are 90 minutes

60 HotThis is the Classic 90 minute Bikram Yoga Class condensed to 60 minutes! You will see a few added postures - such as moon salutations that allow this class to be a beautiful flow. Same benefits - less time!

FlowAn active yoga in which you flow from one pose to the next using your breath. 75 minutes

Yin YogaA slow deep stretch yoga which targets the connective tissues. Poses are held for 3 minutes or longer, which is a good complement to strenuous yoga. 75 minutes

Yin-YangClass starts with an active 15-20 minute Flow, followed by a Yin class. 75 minutes

PilatesPilates targets the deep postural muscles. Excellent for improving posture, strength & flexibility as well as alignment. 60 minutes

Hatha A – This is an Anusara inspired hatha yoga class. It focuses on optimal alignment to cultivate greater stability and ease in poses along with playfulness. 90 minutes

Advanced Hot – This class is designed for the serious yoga student. It draws from 84 advanced postures, including inversions, arm-balances and lotus forms. Meditation and yoga philosophy are also included. Students must have completed at least 100 previous beginner classes. Sessions are 90-105 minutes
