    At Shanti Yoga - we have real-life yoga classes for REAL bodies!  Regardless of your physical fitness, your age, or your spiritual and religious views, this class will get you moving and breathing better, and will teach you to work with and use what you already have.

    If you have always been nervous about the Hot Yoga, then come check out the 1 Hour Warm! This is a great introduction to the Hot Series!
     
    Within a few days, you will feel great! You will see how yoga improves your health, your physical condition & your overall well-being

    In preparation for your first class, be well-hydrated, avoid eating 2 hours before class time, and bring two large towels and a bottle of water. We will provide the mat for students during  your intro. Come  about 15 minutes early to register.
