If you have always been nervous about the Hot Yoga, then come check out the 1 Hour Warm! This is a great introduction to the Hot Series!

In preparation for your first class, be well-hydrated, avoid eating 2 hours before class time, and bring two large towels and a bottle of water. We will provide the mat for students during your intro. Come about 15 minutes early to register.
