Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring?
We recommend bringing a smile! Along with that, bring 1-2 towels and a water bottle. If you don’t have a yoga mat, we will provide it for your introductory classes.


How should I prepare?
All styles of yoga are recommended to be practiced on an empty stomach. Avoid eating a large meal 2 hours before class and drinking water before & after your class helps!


What should I wear?
For the ‘hot classes’ we recommend you wear shorts and a tank top or jog-bra.

For the ‘regular classes’ we recommend wearing capris or shorts, and a tank top or t-shirt. You want to be able to move your body comfortably.


How often should I come to class?
We believe that yoga is for life! The more often you practice, the better you will feel. Try to make a commitment of 2x/week or more. The more you practice of any style, the more rewards you will reap!
